Kevin, when you say “have a look at the footnote on page 1″, it’s barely visible. It seems to be something to click on to enlarge, but what comes up when you enlarge it is the list of authors – you, Chris, Phil, etc. I’m sure that what you want to come up is the footnote saying “this has been made possible because of . . .” and that link to all our names as well!
